Join us for an evening of sweet indulgence that all the girls love! Chef Jeffrey will teach you how to create some delicious and creative dishes. While Jimmie covers the ‘model’ basics on how to create your very own facial treatments with some of your favorite food. Come on--be a little naughty and treat yourself to a “Girls Night Out.”

Tuesday, September 9, 2008 - 6:00 p.m.
"Cupcakes take the Cake" -
Cupcakes have become all the rage these days. Cupcake bakeries are popping up everywhere and they sell nothing but these small lovely morsels of cake. Chef Jeffrey and Jimmie will teach you baking tips and tricks to take your cupcakes to the next level.

Tuesday, September 23, 2008 - 6:00 p.m.

"Tour de France Series"
- Part 1 of 2
- One of Chef Jeffrey’s culinary specialties…French Food. Learn everything from the rich and complex dishes of this region to the light fresh and simple to cook. This 2 part series will be délicieux.

  - Chef Jeffrey and Jimmie will show you how to make yummy treats for gift giving, cookie swapping and just enjoying at home. As always we will have great tips. These baking tips will help you produce your best holiday treats ever.

" - You were so jealous of the Junior Chefs so Chef Jeffrey created the adult version of For the Love of Chocolate…..we will create a Willy Wonka style chocolate smorgasbord. Watch out chocoholics Jimmie and Marge might eat it all. This class will be interactive.

Tuesday, December 16, 2008 - 6:00 p.m.
"Slow and Low…Not Your Mama’s Slow Cooker" -
  Chef Jeffrey and Jimmie have more recipes for your slow cooker. Slow cookers are a wonderful way to create slow, simple, scrumptious meals!

Saturday, September 27, 2008 – 11:00 a.m.
"Cupcakes Takes The Cake" - Cupcakes have become all the rage these days. Chef Jeffrey and Jimmie will teach Junior Chefs baking tips and tricks to take cupcakes to the next level. Next time they need them for school, the Junior Chefs will be able to help out!
This class will be interactive.

Saturday, October 25, 2008 – 11:00 a.m.
"Bread Basics" - Nothing is better than fresh baked bread. Chef Jeff, Jimmie and Junior Chefs start with a basic milk recipe and then make monkey bread, as well as cheese bread. This class will be interactive.

During our demonstration classes, Chef Jeffrey and Jimmie will show you the entire menu preparation step by step. You are provided recipes to take notes as you watch and learn the important details of culinary techniques, ingredient choices, equipment selection and meal timing. Our classes are structured to be interactive and we encourage you to ask questions. You will be able to focus intently on the techniques to apply later in the comfort of your home. Private in home classes also available.

- Chef Jeffrey and Jimmie have great memories of Holiday baking with their parents and grandparents. Your Junior Chef will love the yummy treats and have fun decorating. They will also cherish the memories they have recreating the treats with you at home. This class will be interactive.

Saturday, December 6, 2008 – 11:00 a.m.
"Now That's Italian" - Junior Chefs work hands on with Chef Jeff and Jimmie to create personal pan pizzas, lasagna roll-ups, and wonton ravioli’s.
This class will be an interactive class.
