Let us get you cooking!

Share your passion for cooking with new friends. We create a comfortable environment to build confidence for your own cooking success.

During our demonstration classes, Chef Jeffrey and Jimmie will show you the entire menu preparation step by step. You are provided recipes to take notes as you watch and learn the important details of culinary techniques, ingredient choices, equipment selection and meal timing. Our classes are structured to be interactive and we encourage you to ask questions. You will be able to focus intently on the techniques to apply later in the comfort of your home. Private in home classes also available.

Chef Jeffrey and Jimmie teach you how to use fresh herbs when cooking. Learn to identify herbs by sight, taste and aroma as you discover how to use each herb to infuse your meals with delectable flavors.

Say CHEESE!  FULL Chef Jeffrey and Jimmie teach you the basics to making cheese at home that will taste better than what you will often find in your local grocery store. Ricotta, mozzarella and goat cheese—Hi-ho, the derry-o, the cheese stands alone! Cost $20.00 per person.

The Flavors of Morocco
 A Moroccan meal perfumes the air with scents of exotic spices, herbs such as mint and marjoram and the hearty fragrances of onions and garlic. Chef Jeffrey and Jimmie transport you to the Middle East as you prepare and enjoy making traditional Moroccan foods.

Let's Get Sauced FULL
The five basic sauces in cooking--also known as the “Mother Sauces.” From these five basic sauces you can literally make hundreds of other sauces. Sauce making is an art and Chef Jeffrey and Jimmie will start you on your journey to getting sauced.  Cost $20.00 per person.
